More new features!

+ Stairs should no longer spawn inside passage ways

+ You now use items with the [i] key -- this will allow you to use items on the stairs or on top of chests

+ Monsters will now spawn if there are less than a certain amount on the level

+ Scroll of Fire drop chance has been increased

+ Monsters will now roam on their turn if they are not chasing instead of just standing around

+ Minimap now draws stairs in a green square

+ NEW ITEM: Trap Parts. Set a trap and lure a monster on to it!
